I am an independent SEO consultant. I take on a limited number of accounts, do the work myself, and report on it in numbers you can check against your own Search Console. There is no account manager between you and the person building your pages.
Three numbers from three live accounts. Every one is checkable against the domain in Semrush or in the client's own Search Console.
Ninety percent of clicks happen above the fold on page one. The gap between position 14 and position 2 is the whole business, and closing it is the job.
Laser Affair held one keyword in the top three when we started. Twenty-four months later it holds twenty-five, and estimated traffic went up nine and a half times alongside it.
Anyone can write a testimonial. These are the people I work for, saying what changed, with their face and their business name attached.

You paid for twelve months, got a dashboard full of impressions, and cannot point to a single new customer. You want someone who will tell you what was done each month and what it produced.
See what reporting looks like →The phone rings, the reviews are good, and you know there is demand in nearby towns that you are not showing up for. You want service-area pages and local presence built out properly rather than spun.
Local SEO →You have sold the work and need someone reliable to deliver it under your name, in your template, on your deadline. I do this for several agencies already.
Partner details →Google Business Profile, map pack rankings, citations, service-area pages, and review strategy for businesses that sell inside a drive radius.
02 / OrganicTechnical audits, site architecture, on-page work and internal linking. The unglamorous part that decides whether anything else you publish holds a position.
03 / AI searchVisibility inside ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, tracked as share of voice against your named competitors rather than guessed at.
04 / ContentLocation pages, service pages and blog content written for a specific search and a specific buyer, published in your CMS and ready to rank.
05 / BuildWordPress, Elementor, Shopify, BigCommerce and dealer platforms. Page builds, migrations, schema, speed fixes and the templates your content sits in.
06 / PaidSearch and Local Service Ads for accounts where organic alone will not fill the calendar fast enough, run alongside the SEO rather than against it.
A single storefront, practice or shop competing inside a drive radius.
Multi-location businesses where every market has its own competitors and its own map pack.
Software, e-commerce and marketplaces competing on category terms rather than geography.
Traffic figures are Semrush estimates for the US database, pulled the same way I pull them for monthly reporting, so you can check any of them against the domain yourself.
Top-three rankings went from 1 to 25 while estimated organic traffic grew 9.5x.
Across four shop sites, top-three rankings went from 7 to 303 in 12 months.
Top-three rankings went from 2 to 106 while ranking keywords grew 3x.
More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews who to call. Those answers pull from your website, your listings and what other sites say about you.
I track the questions your customers ask, see which businesses get named, and fix the pages and citations the AI relies on so yours shows up in the answer.

| Who you talk to | An account manager relaying questions to the people doing the work | The person doing the work |
| Reporting | An automated dashboard of impressions and rankings | What shipped, what it produced, and what is next, in plain language |
| Contract | Twelve months, cancellation clause | Month to month once the initial build is done |
| Capacity | Unlimited clients, your account competes for attention | A capped roster, and I will tell you when I am full |
Full technical, content and local audit against the competitors beating you. Profile and citations cleaned up, the crawl and indexing problems fixed, tracking put in place so month two has a baseline.
The first page set goes live. Service pages, service-area pages and the internal linking that holds them together. Work ships rather than sitting in a recommendations document.
Map pack positions usually move in this window. Organic pages start settling. The first real report compares against the baseline instead of against nothing.
A steady publishing and optimization cadence, one report a month, and month-to-month terms. This is where the curves in the case studies start to bend.
For local work, profile and map pack changes can show inside four to eight weeks. Organic pages usually take three to six months to settle into position, and competitive metros take longer. The Laser Affair case study shows a curve that stayed flat for eight months before it turned, which is normal and something I will tell you upfront.
Retainers start at $400 a month and scale with how many locations and services you need covered, plus a one-time setup for the audit and initial build. I will quote after the audit rather than before, because quoting blind means either overcharging you or discovering the site needs twice the work.
The initial build period is committed because the early work has no value half finished. After that it is month to month.
Almost always. I build on WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, Go High Level and several dealer platforms. If your platform is genuinely holding you back I will say so and price the alternative.
I will run your site against the competitors ranking above you and send back what is holding it down, whether or not we end up working together.
Thirty minutes on a call. I will look at your site beforehand and come with the searches your competitors are holding that you are not.
